Had the misfortune of snapping my frame on a ride this Sunday and now my new bike purchase just got pushed to the tip of my list! I was riding a 2015 cannondale supersix evo 58cm and I loved it. Basically the title. Need a person to fill the fifth slot in our stack. We don't care who you are (race, age, gender, whatever), as long as you're good and have a tolerable personality. We used to have some guys who were our fifth, but they stopped playing, and we're tired of teammates that aren't doing anything or are pretentious af.

• PlayStation/Xbox
• We play 3-5 days a week as a stack (Usually late at night (10 pm-2 am), eastern + central time)
• The stack consists of me, my brother, and two cousins (all guys, 18-21)
• The stack consists of two Diamond/Champ players and two solid Emerald players
• We only play ranked, and though we try to win each game, it's not uncommon for us to just fuck around and have fun
  • That said, it should be noted that our jokes and conversations can be crude and a bit out of pocket, but not to a horrible extent (I think lol)
  • Also, sometimes we do strat, where I'll often take an IGL role on, but that only happens like 1-2 games a night

I am hoping if I show up every day I will get back into it. Been an artist my whole life. Art college killed my passion, but 10 years later I found it again. Then most times I paint and wonder- what for? I don’t know why I can’t get back to how I was. I think it’s important for me, like exercise, to work on my artwork. I would love your help with figuring out my itinerary! It is me (46), my husband (46), son (18), and daughter (15), all in decent shape although my daughter is not very active but she loves nature and animals. We’re going July 8-15. Right now the tentative plan is this:
July 8 - land in Kalispell at 1pm, get rental, stock up at grocery store in Columbia Falls, explore Apgar Village and visitors center, stay at Lake McDonald Lodge.
July 9 - out the door by 6am, drive to Logan Pass, hike the Highline (haven’t decided if we’ll do it all the way to the loop or not), GTTSR stops & Lake McDonald later in the day. Stay at Lake McDonald Lodge.
July 10 - Trail of the Cedars/Avalanche Lake Trail, GTTSR. Stay at Rising Sun.
July 11 - Out by 6am to Logan Pass, Hidden Lake trail. Any GTTSR stops we missed. St Mary Visitors Center. Many Glacier boat tour at 3pm. Stay at Many Glacier.
July 12 - Out by 5:30am, walk to Grinnell Glacier trail (we couldn’t get boat reservation). Fishercap Lake that evening. Stay at Many Glacier.
July 13 - another hike near Many Glacier - possibly Iceberg Lake or Cracker Lake? Or we might just sleep in and drive to Waterton when we wake up, drive Red Rock Canyon, stay at Prince of Wales hotel. Might try staying up late to see Milky Way somewhere.
July 14 - Bears Hump trail or boat tour. Drive to Two Medicine. Boat tour and Twin Falls Hike at 3pm. Stay at Mountain Pine Motel.
July 15 - Try to see sunrise at Two Medicine Lake. Drive to airport.
Questions:
-Is Waterton worth it or should we try to stay at Many Glacier one more night?
-Does this seem doable for healthy but slightly lazy teenage girl? The waking up wouldn’t be a problem, but the hiking concerns me a little. She’s done lots of hikes in the past but no 10 milers.
-I would like to see the Milky Way one night and get sunrise and sunset pictures - not sure where to fit those in.
Any changes/suggestions would be very much appreciated! We’ve been to many national parks but I’m finding Glacier to be a challenging one to plan. Thank you!!

Honestly I really just need to tell someone about my situation. Me and my husband are married for almost 7 years. We have a 2 years old. He's a great father, a good provider for our family. But I'm constantly having to ask him for attention. He won't get off stupid games on his phone, or doing anything to spend any time. It sucks, I have no family in this country(I'm from Brasil) he and my kid are my family. But I feel like we are just roommates.
He doesn't show any kind of affection. I spend all day taking care of our toddler, our house, and waiting to spend some time, but he just don't care. He claims that Americans are like that and I need to stop complaining. I would never divorce him bc of my son. I can't never share this with my family in Brazil. like today he got home at 7pm, took a shower and it’s playing on game room. not it’s 10:15 pm and I’m alone I’m bed . I just feel so alone. If I don’t engage in sex he won’t. So now I don’t even ask , I don’t want someone “sexing” me because they “have” to. Maybe sharing here will help. I’m overreacting?

Newly single dad of two, recently divorced after 10 years. I’m just looking to make up lost time I missed out on when I was younger.

The other day I wrote a rather idiotic thought late at night on what could be done to maybe buff the STD if the damage nerf gets rolled out. Earlier today I revisited the idea and it gave some ideas I don’t think are half bad but I’d like the community’s thoughts on and maybe if these would be better used on another vehicle instead of the STD
Forewarning I don’t tank much.
Both ideas revolve around the STD becoming immobile or impossibly slow in exchange for a buff.

• STD becomes immobile in exchange for a much quicker reload, faster than Stygian
• STD becomes immobile for 5-10~ meters of extra range, allowing it to out range Stygian. -STD becomes immobile and gets a damage buff (restoring it to old damage or maybe more?)

As mentioned above I’m curious if anyone thinks a buff like this would be better suited to another vehicle instead of the STD AND this is with the assumption that it’s damage gets nerfed.
Anyways feel free to give your thoughts on this or even refine it if you wish. This is to see what the community thinks at the end of the day

I've been a server at a restaurant since October 2021 and I found out some of the servers who started after me got a pay bump to $10/hr while I was at $2.13/hr. (Not sure when exactly but a server who started in October 2022 began with $9/hr) The General Manager bumped me up to $10/hr last month, said everyone was making 7.25/hr so he was doing me a solid with $10/hr.
But this week, a new girl that started in March 2023 got health insurance and when I inquired to the GM about why I didn't have it he said I needed full availability and to work at least 5 days. The issue with this is my availability is already 5 of the available 6 days we're open. On top of this, during the slow season my shifts were cut down to 3 days a week against my choice and last year when it got back into the busy season new servers were hired, multiple servers lost shifts and we began fighting for shifts. When I started I was told by the owner I'd get PTO and health insurance after 6 months (this never happened). After that I found out the same girl started at $9/hr I was furious and had a chat with operations manager and he said he'd give me both PTO and Health insurance in addition to apologizing for how the business had treated me as a server. There is also the case of how our tip pools works. There were several times servers who worked the same hours as me and had more on their paychecks. I brought it up to the GM, who said it was a glitch in the system/the numbers didn't carry over from the system->excel-> payroll and he paid the difference every time I caught it but I'm not sure how many times they paid me incorrectly.
My question is there a case for me to receive backpay starting from when the wage increases started to April 2023 when I got my raise, back pay on the health insurance/PTO I'm owed, and an audit to see if there were anymore paychecks I was not paid my fair share on? I know for a fact it wasn't based on performance as when it came to sections, I was given the highest volume sections every night and generally averaged the most in tips/tip %.

I’m a strong, but quiet individual. Fairly shy. Passive and patient, until pushed too hard. Don’t mind cold weather or the rain. I love movies (all types) probably more than I love myself. I'm also a huge Disney fan and can have long conversations about any of their movies. Not hugely aspirational with my career, but a strong work ethic and make a decent living, and my life outside of work is much more important to me than how I earn money.
I enjoy interior design and decorating. I'm really into designing living spaces and decorating them. I think my dream job would be to own an interior decorating service.
As for sports, I played soccer back in high school and I still like to watch soccer to this day, although I no longer play. I don't have a favourite team or anything. When I do watch it's usually Premier League or something else from Europe. I also like watching basketball. I don't play, but I'm a Raptors fan and I love to watch.
Also, I enjoy working out and jogging. I play video games. I mostly play on PC. I don't play any multiplayer games because I suck at them, so a lot of single player games like RDR2, Cyberpunk, Witcher, Skyrim, Fallout, Tomb Raider, Last of Us, stuff like that.
