I (38F) have three kids from a previous marriage and my fiancé (40M) has one child from a previous relationship. I’ve already done all my estate planning to make sure my assets gets distributed to my kids in the event of my death.
Now with a second marriage on the horizon, I’d need to get a pre-nup to make sure my assets still goes to my children in the event of death/divorce. I want to structure it in such a way where if we were to split down the road, we each walk away with the assets and liabilities that we came into the marriage with. To give you a bit of context, I’m a high earner and stocking a way quite a bit for retirement and have a good amount of equity in my house. My fiancé is also a high earner in his own right but has a different philosophy when it comes to financial planning and does not have anything saved for retirement (as well as a huge IRS debt). His net worth is still $100K’s positive (some real estate) but my NW far exceeds his and the disparity will be even wider as time goes on with future contribution/growth to my retirement portfolio.
I wouldn’t be opposed to buying a new house jointly 50/50 but it’s not a possibility for him due to not having the cash for the down payment. So the only option is for he and his son to move into my house. I understand the pre-nup in the event of a divorce. But what about in the event of my untimely death? My kids would be going to their biological father, but what about my house? He’d either take over the home and continue living here possibly forever, or he and my (future)stepson would have to move out of the house so the proceeds from the sale would go to the estate to be divided out to my children, as I intended? Both of these scenarios just don’t seem right…

This may not be an MLM but I wanted to run this by the sub to see what you all think because I get scammy vibes. My sister (who is a Kangen and Young Living evangelist) is convinced that she has something called "Irlen Syndrome". Irlen Syndrome is supposedly a "light-based visual processing problem" which can cause headaches, light sensitivity, reading, and focus problems. This syndrome can only be treated by specially tinted eyeglasses that you can only have made and only purchase at Irlen centers (first red flag).
Irlen syndrome is considered a pseudomedical diagnosis and the research on this condition has yielded mixed results (second red flag).
According to my sister, the glasses are expensive, you have to wear them constantly and they need to be adjusted several times per year to make sure you have the right tint for your eyes. Today, she reached out to me asking where I get my contact lenses. She wants to buy "blanks" so the Irlen Center people can tint them for her (??) and she won't have to wear glasses all the time while she works out. I told her contacts are sterile medical devices, individually sealed and she probably shouldn't tamper with them or use them not as intended OBVIOUSLY. Keep in mind, she has 20/20 vision and doesn't need to wear glasses at all.
No disrespect to anyone with perception or sensory issues. I myself am dyslexic. I would just like a read on this from this sub because it screams scam to me. I notice that a lot of the content on the sites selling their glasses is aimed at mothers of children on the spectrum who would understandably stop at nothing to make their child more comfortable. even if it means trying something experimental.
The reason I'm posting it in this sub is because of my sister's history of spending large amounts of money on MLM products and she will not leave me or my other family members alone about these glasses. She REALLY thinks we all need to be evaluated and purchase them and she literally brings it up every time we see her. Any input would be appreciated!

I have been following kibbe for a few months and thought I had a good idea of my type but was struggling with some of the wardrobe recommendations. I really want to more confidently dress myself and curate my wardrobe, but I was a little unsure of how I typed myself so I looked for additional help. I hired someone to type me and am having difficulty understanding their reasoning. I was typed as a SG ( which I thought was great bc I love the style of Quinta Brunson). But the language they used to explain the reasoning did not make sense to me. I am 5’2 and originally thought I was going to be typed as R but I really disliked the styling advice for Romantics. This is what they wrote to explain how they typed me as a Soft Gamine.
I went back and forth between a couple body types before landing on soft gamine. I considered romantic because of the roundness of your bones, but saw more sharp bone structure than a romantic would have. You are not in the natural family because your frame itself is not wide and your vertical line is not long so that would exclude the dramatic family. I can for sure see a youthfulness in your features that will not change with age. This is common in the gamine family but also confirms you have a youthful essence (I will talk about that more later in the packet).
Ultimately here are a few of the features I noticed that led me to soft gamine:
• Rounded shoulders with a yang frame
• Small hands and feet
• Waist definition
• Petite height
• Soft, rounded flesh
• Lush facial features
• The patterns in many of your photos do not distract from your face, rather they accentuate your beauty
Some of this sounds foreign to me. What does it mean to have a Yang frame? I thought all frames were Yang. All the other features sound the same as those for romantics. I can’t pinpoint where the Yang comes in and with a SG I know that there is supposed to be a mix of ying and yang. Could someone help translate this for me? I’ve taken multiple quizzes and even took one using this explanation as my answers and have not gotten SG as a result. I do like many SG recommendation but I worry I am going to fully commit and start buying clothes just to find out I was mistyped. I reached out to the person that typed me but have not heard from them since I got my results. Any help you can give would be great.

Most might not know that Trezor maintains a Trezor-T emulator that runs on Windows, Linux or macOS. This is VERY useful if you perform firmware builds and want to test them before loading onto hardware. To use it, you have to build it from source, but if you are patient, and comfortable with compiling code, it isn't that hard.

Warning

This is a technical toy to try out features. DO NOT hold assets in the emulator. DO NOT put seed mnemonics in the emulator. DO NOT put passphrases in the emlator. It is also, AFAIK, totally unsupported. Don't log issues or complain if it's broke. Just nag on this thread if you need to vent. Learn about Testnet coins if you want to practice transactions. DO NOT put real coins on here

Windows

I'll start from Windows, since that is what I'm working in currently. This process is only marginally "Windows". It's actually something called WSL which is effectively Linux-on-Windows. Similar, perhaps to Andorid-on-ChromeOS, or similar type projects. WSL may "technically" be a container, but it integrates into Windows pretty seemlessly. Most might not even know.

Install WSL on Windows

Luckilly Microsoft has documented the hell out of this, so the HowTo is insanely detailed. You have to be running a fully patched version of Windows 10 or Windows 11. I'm running this on Windows 10 22H2, which most should be able to get. You will also need the "correct" processor. Since this does use some of the virutualization instruction set you need an Intel or AMD processor that supports it. Most do, but some VERY lean netbooks might not. Settle in, the HowTo could burn an entire afternoon of cross-linked articles and proceedures.

• Install WSL on Windows

The default is to land Ubuntu 22.04, which is what I'm running. If you just want to run the emulator, that is about all you have to do. But if you want to run physical Trezor hardware under WSL you will need to toy around with usbipd. Since I wanted to play with physical hardware as a FIDO2 SSH keystore, I also needed HIDRAW support which entailed a kernel compilation. NOT required, but I'll leave it here if anyone is interested.

• (Optional) Physical USB access (usbipd) under WSL
• (Optional) Enabling HIDRAW for FIDO2 under WSL

Linux / macOS

The offical documentation in the next section go into pretty good detail for how to spin up the Linux or macOS build environments. For WSL users, just follow the Ubuntu procedures from here on out. So what follows should match what both Ubuntu and WSL users experience. For macOS, it's likely pretty close, just with installations via brew instead of apt

Prepare the Build Environment

Honestly, if you landed WSL, then from here on out, you just pretend you are running Ubuntu 22.04. You drop into the WSL shell using the wsl command, but from there on out it's just normal Ubuntu. Here are the docs I referenced:

First we will need to install all the apt packages. My "all" may be overkill, but fresh installs are always missing a bunch of this.

Checkout a fresh copy of source. You can reuse the source, but it's MUCH easier with fresh source

You will get a freshly wiped Trezor-T window. Just click on the window where the touchscreen is displayed and it will by just like touch. You can play with the trezor.flash and trezor.sdcard files if you want, but I won't get into that here.

BONUS: Build Trezor-R Emulator

To operate the buttons on the Trezor-R emulator, you have to use the keyboard arrow keys. Left for the left button and Right for the right button.

Interacting with the Emulator

Most interfaces that connect to Trezor hardware can be convinced to connect to the emulator, but it might take some convincing. I found that TrezorCTL worked out of the box, and I saw that there were settings to allow trezor-bridge and trezor-suite to connect to it as well.

At your own risk

Please take heed and don't put your stash into a toy emulator. There are NO protections and the seed will be clearly visible in the filesystem when running the emulator. And NO, running it on Tails is no better. Hopefully this is plainly obvious to the most casual observer.

I need to get this off of my chest as I don’t feel like I have anyone in my life I can really go to about this. I (F) am coming up on 30 years old. I’ve never had a REAL serious relationship. I’ve had flings, situationships, and short relationships that have never gone past a couple of months. That being no fault of my own as I was always cheated on and used sexually and financially. I always find myself going above and beyond to try and make another person happy and feel appreciated, as that’s what I’ve always wanted.
Friends always say “it’s not you, it’s them.” And for a while I believed that. But when it has happened over and over for years and years… it feels like me, you know?
I know I’m not a 10/10, but I have a heart of gold and love making others happy. A couple of years ago I started my own charity and help rescue animals in need. I take pride in being a good person. I know I don’t deserve how I’ve been treated.
I was a late bloomer for sure. I was an ugly kid and teen, I’ll admit that LOL. I never had guys showing me any interest until AFTER high school ended. I was picked on for my looks, I never was asked to a school dance, never asked on a date. I feel like that may have something to do with how I feel. I can’t describe it, but I’ve seen tiktoks about it that have hit the nail on the head. I hope you know what I mean!
Every time something ends with a guy, it sends me into a depression and I end up isolating for a while. I’ve been alone for a few years now and before you say anything, yes I have found happiness alone. I do everything alone, and I’m even going on my very first vacation in my whole life this summer: yep, alone. I’m happy alone otherwise. I have been on every dating app and the pickings are very slim. “Love will come when you’re not looking for it.” That’s what I’m always told. Well for a while I stopped looking because I gave up and just did my own thing. Still nothing. Just more and more failed “talking” stages that go nowhere or end with them choosing another girl over me. Or them only seeing me as a sexual object and not as a human being. I don’t understand… all of my exes have treated me like garbage, but I see them dating other people and treating them better than they ever did me. I feel like people only date me to feel better about themself or date me if they are broken and need fixing, and then go off to somebody else when I have served my purpose to them. They claimed to care about me, but then did me so so so dirty. I don’t understand. I know my purpose on this earth isn’t to be a human punching bag, but that’s how it feels.
I’m sorry this is so all over the place. Writing is not my strong suit and my ADHD brain goes a mile a minute. I guess the point is…. I just feel alone. No one else in my life has this problem. They’re all in happy relationships and marriages. They can’t relate when I try to get this off of my chest and therefore don’t have anything really constructive to say. I am a good person… When is it my turn to have love? When is it my turn to be someone’s main priority and the love of their life? When is it my turn to not have to do every single piece of life by myself? When will someone choose me over other girls they may be talking to or choose me over scrolling on dating apps? When will someone say they love me and actually mean it and not be talking to other girls at the same time? When is it my turn to not be ghosted at every turn when I do nothing wrong? When is it my turn to get random phone calls and text messages with sweet words that make me feel on top of the world? When can I come home to somebody after a long day and find solace in their company? I long for the day where everything about a relationship is no longer one-sided, where I am no longer making all of the effort and paying for everything just so we can do things, where someone looks forward to hearing from me every day. I’ve even tried making less effort and trying hard not to be “too much”, trying to be the “cool girl” who doesn’t come off as overly interested, and I still don’t have guys chasing me like everyone says that attitude will bring, if that makes sense without sounding pretentious. I still can’t help but to feel like I am doing something wrong or that something is wrong with me. Having BPD, anxiety, and depression really messes with my head.
Again, I am content alone, I have found happiness in myself and doing things that I enjoy without having to worry about another person. I do so many fun things by myself. All of my friends live far away, I don’t have anyone where I live now that I can hang out with and do things with and even be introduced to other people from. Making real friendships as an adult has proved to be very difficult. I kind of have the same feelings about relationships as I do towards friendships as well, never being anyone’s first choice, but that’s a post for another time lol. But as I go through life and see couples in public and in movies/videos, I just can’t help but feel bitter and jealous. I can’t even listen to songs about love without getting a little upset. I really enjoy the time I can spend by myself doing whatever I want whenever I want, but sometimes I can’t help but to think how amazing it must be to share life with somebody. To have someone I can talk to and share everything with and vice versa. I long for the day that I can have somebody to buy a house with, as where I live is very expensive and though I have tried, I can’t afford it alone and I really want to get out of the living situation that I am in now. I just want a companion and to feel real love for the first time in my life, something I have never experienced. I really hope that I am not alone in this, and that somewhere, someone else feels the same and can relate to me. Constant isolation is really taking its toll on me. I don’t want to feel this way anymore, I want to be happy and find love, but I am sick and tired of being treated like shit by guys when I do nothing wrong to deserve it. Trust me, I’m not going to jump into a relationship with the first guy who gives me attention; I am not settling for anything less than what I know I deserve. But I can’t help feeling the way that I feel… I am doing my best despite everything life is throwing at me and all of the other stressors in my every day life.

I chose to be a foehammer! Cause it sounded fun and we have a common singular army as our enemy! I chose a 2 handed hammer and heavy armor to act as a group tank although I doubt that will go as I desire haha.

I was loosing my mind about it, couldn’t find a fix anywhere.... I played a lot different CPU heavy games (unoptimized?) Tarkov, Hunt Showdown, Hell let loose, Most Call Of Duties... i Never reach 80c on my CPU, like 65-75c is usual temperatures... I do really want to enjoy this game, but don’t want to fry my CPU, do I really need to buy AIO or Dark Rock 4 cooler to play battlefield? :(

I just graduated from grad school & the place I'll be working at is about 33 miles from home. I currently drive a 2016 428i gran coupe with 107k miles. I've put on 54k miles since 2020, and have been evaluating my options of vehicles to drive moving forward. I live in New England where winter weather is a factor. Here are the scenario's I'm deciding between.

1. Should I run this car to the ground then buy a Bmw 3 series?(Newer gen) Unsure if this is the best idea for a car to put lots of hwy miles on.
   
2. Run to the ground then buy a 2023 or newer accord to commute & buy a winter beat around car.

What option should I choose & any vehicle recs?

Hello,
I am having a problem where I click on the Windows tab and the search bar and get a large loading screen where I am unable to do anything but alt+tab out since I would be unable to do anything otherwise. Waiting did not work for me either. Every part of my computer is functional except the Windows Button and the Search Bar. Help would be greatly appreciated to solve this problem.
What the loading looks like whenever I click on the search bar. It is the same for the Windows button, but I am ultimately able to see the Windows pop-up under the large loading screen albeit very fuzzy and left unable to interact with the menu.
If there is any information to add, please let me know.

Hello, All. I recently picked up a Denon AVR E400 . Unit appears to work other than I get a Login Failed message when trying to update firmware. I bought it to use classic consoles and act as a passthrough for my laptop.
Anyone know where to download bios updates?Denon's site is basically garbage for software on older models. I was using a much older, nonHDMI having receiver before and wanted to have something that would allow pass through.
Without update, this unit makes my passthrough content look terrible. Scaling, clarity, and color are all way off. I have used the same laptop and a pc to pass through my Sony STR-DH770 without issue.including true surround.
4k30 and poor picture are not okay. Thankfully, the seller says he will take it back if I can't get it working, but I don't think it would be worthwhile to buy a whole new receiver , especially since I do want older connections

I am a Canadian working in Boston, Mass, USA. Recently, I came across so many sad news about the Canadian housing market. I wanted to help so I am sharing some stories and ideas to help some young people to make better decisions for themselves.
My Own Little Story (Optional Read)
I studied in Toronto from 2011 to 2013 and worked in Toronto from 2015 to 2019. The rest of my time was spent in Boston.
I really like the lifestyle that Toronto has to offer. Great food, multi-cultural, world class schools, good subway system and having a few good friends.
Starting from 2017, I noticed that Justin Trudeau was increasingly tailoring his policies into industries that would form bubbles - think marijuana, crypto and housing. I also noticed that the housing price to income level is way too out of whack when comparing to other advanced economies like US and Japan.
In late 2018, I have a decision to make:

1. Do I work very hard in Toronto to buy a house with limited great companies to work for but I have my friends and families close to me?
2. Do I move to the USA where I have way more career choices, better pay and I only need to be a mediocre worker to afford a house? The downside - I have less friends and family around.

I was 31 years old when I have this decision to make. During this time period, I noticed that more and more of friends are married and they don't have that much time to socialize anyways. So, I decided to optimize for my career and move back to Boston.
Currently, I am still renting in a suburb in Boston paying $2700 for a 900 sqft apartment sharing with my sister (who also moved down). My income grew dramatically over the past 4 years (think more than 35%) working for the same company. Inflation bites me a little but I am grateful that I am able to navigate around this inflationary environment pretty well.
The Irrationalities of the Housing Market in Canada's Big Cities
In my spare time, I enjoy doing some part time investing as a hobby and so picked up some economics over the past few years. One thing that I have learned about bubbles is that they are caused by irrationalities of market participants. In the housing market - the participants are the renters, the landlords, the home owners and the soon-to-be rent owners. Basically, everyone that lives in the city.
In my opinion, housing bubbles are some of the most dangerous bubbles that you can have. A lot of wealth of a household is tied to their home. Furthermore, governments typically have little incentives to pop the bubble. Popping the bubble would be equivalent to losing an election. For a politician, this means ending your career. For this very reason, I don't believe any politician would be willing to pop the bubble unless they run their campaign on popping the bubble and win. I do have to warn you that popping the Canadian housing bubble (at this point) is quite dangerous because the Canadian economy has become so reliant on the housing market.
Back to the irrationalities. Here are some of the irrationalities that I see in the Canadian housing market:

1. People keep going to Toronto and Vancouver despite knowing the housing there is expensive.
2. Renters willing to bear the exorbitant rent increase for whatever reasons to stay in the big cities. This willingness to bear the rent increases actually increase the house prices in the long run. This will lead investors/landlords to believe that their property can generate however much income they want. Therefore, paying a high value for such property is deemed to be the right investing move. I want to give huge kudos for those participating in the rent strikes. This is the type of movement that smack the investors or landlords to wake up. Their property value do have an upper limit that is governed by how much the renters see fit. If all of the sudden renters disappear, I have high conviction that the housing market crash in these big cities are not far away.
3. Home owners are also showing lots of signs of irrationalities. The main one is no one is willing to profit from an obvious arbitrage (risk-free) opportunity. If I bought a place 6 or 7 years ago, I am sitting on a big pile of equity in Toronto. It is easily in the order of 400k. If I am a rational and emotionless investor, I would sell my property and move elsewhere cheaper. I am potentially able to enjoy a semi-retired life. However, I don't see a lot of people doing that. There are a lot of reasons why this is not occurring. I think one of the common theme is family and friends. Another is probably the belief that the house is the safest investment and there are a lot of room for the house price to increase.
4. Soon-to-be-homeowner's irrationality - I need to get into the market or I will miss out. I think this is a flawed mindset. There is always the option to vote with your feet. Move somewhere else where the quality of life is better.

So, why am I pointing out the irrationalities? I believe the only way for a bubble to pop or deflate is to have market participants to become rational again. Unfortunately, it is not that easy to be rational about where you want to live because there are a lot of emotion ties to the place you live. Even till today, I sometimes think about the possibility of have a great career in Toronto. But, I don't think it is coming.
What Can You Do about It?
In general, the best thing to do when you are living in a irrational market is to keep calm and make rational decision. Over my many years of investing, all I can say it is not easy. But, here is what you can do to make better rational decision on where you live:

1. Find places where you could work at for a reasonably good income (ideally for a long time). These places can be places that requires you to learn a new language or culture like Quebec. If learning a new language can save you 200k over the course of a lifetime, then it is irrational to not learn it.
2. Find out the housing or rental prices for each of the areas that you could work at.
3. Calculate the housing price to income ratio.
4. Go and visit the top 3 to 5 picks based on the housing price to income ratio.
5. Then, hopefully, you can get the courage to move to one of those new places.

Conclusion We live in a capitalistic society. The only way that a capitalistic society can function properly is to have its participant make rational decision. If Toronto/Vancouver has a net outflow of people, then the house prices will eventually go down. I do not believe that Toronto/Vancouver can be completely taken over by migrants. Without locals, I don't think these cities can function at their best. Eventually, the NIMBY folks will wake up to do either 2 things:

1. Leave the cities to where other locals are going
2. Take a loss on their property for the greater good

My advice is to start making rational decision on where you will be living. Otherwise, start getting into politics to change things (which is very hard).

I just realize how powerful bitcoin can be. Some sees it as a tool to get rich but what is the point of being rich if a country's gov continues to be corrupted and makes the currency have even less value over time. IMO, Bitcoin is really a tool for the people to control their country political agendas at the end of the day.
I imagine a scenario, where prime ministepresident make a declaration to do something that majority people do not agree with but insist of doing it anyway. We can go to protest in front of the parliament and get tear gas. In result, many are heavily injured from a simple protest and this is from the best surviving scenario. Long story short in most cases, nothing changes in the end. All effort gone to waste. Down the drain.
But what happen if at least thirty percent of the population unanimously decided to take out their wealth from the central bank and buy bitcoins as a form of protest. Government will have to do something right? Because they realize that their resources has just lessen for other expenditures. What do they do next? A ban in purchase of bitcoin and use of cryptocurrency? Is that even possible when there is an increasing number of platforms to buy from? An execution or jail imprisonment? Isnt that a bit ridiculous because there could be underage that buys it too or bought a long time ago. Gov could print more money but that would devalue the currency even more and this angers many industralists/capitalists and will lose their supports especially the foreign investors. As more time is being wasted, opposing party will gain more power and votes by ridiculing the government. To stop wasting time, gov will take drastic action which leads to a re-election or a change in declaration.
Good and favored government will receive more fund from foreign investors which will strengthen the country currency and help their country to be on the right track. So that's the part when people sell their bitcoins to buy back their currency right? Faith within the country improves and perhaps restored. Reality, not all would sell but people gain something more important which is the control of country by the people.
I truly feel this is how bitcoin could help people to achieve true democracy. A full control by the people, from the people and for the people.
Since day one till now, the people have lost control of their country politics right? This will go on for another century or more. The current price of Bitcoin reflects the desperation of the people who wants to change their government to improve their life. Is the current price of it too high for the change of the country? I don't think so especially if one can buy a fraction of its price. A fraction of its price for power is truly not expensive.

I (38F) have three kids from a previous marriage and my fiancé (40M) has one child from a previous relationship. I’ve already done all my estate planning to make sure my assets gets distributed to my kids in the event of my death.
Now with a second marriage on the horizon, I’d need to get a pre-nup to make sure my assets still goes to my children in the event of death/divorce. I want to structure it in such a way where if we were to split down the road, we each walk away with the assets and liabilities that we came into the marriage with. To give you a bit of context, I’m a high earner and stocking a way quite a bit for retirement and have a good amount of equity in my house. My fiancé is also a high earner in his own right but has a different philosophy when it comes to financial planning and does not have anything saved for retirement (as well as a huge IRS debt). His net worth is still $100K’s positive (some real estate) but my NW far exceeds his and the disparity will be even wider as time goes on with future contribution/growth to my retirement portfolio.
I wouldn’t be opposed to buying a new house jointly 50/50 but it’s not a possibility for him due to not having the cash for the down payment. So the only option is for he and his son to move into my house. I understand the pre-nup in the event of a divorce. But what about in the event of my untimely death? My kids would be going to their biological father, but what about my house? He’d either take over the home and continue living here possibly forever, or he and my (future)stepson would have to move out of the house so the proceeds from the sale would go to the estate to be divided out to my children, as I intended? Both of these scenarios just don’t seem right…

Hi, this is my first post here! Sorry for any format issues I'm on my phone!
I started in October 2022 and just had my first PDP with my manager! Last week I had a discussion about showing interest in becoming a SSV, my store needs 3 and all 6 current ssv's recommended me to my Manager to start training.(3 are leaving) So we had a short discussion SM gave me the PDP as a start and told me I need to start observing and delegating and practice leading and transitions. I brought the form home and worked on it and over my next couple shifts already started working on my development actions so I can write my conversation notes. Today I was left really confused after my PDP. I filled out my PDP on my own which is what I was told to do by SM. (other SSV'S said manager is supposed to do it with you which my manager didn't so maybe thats why im confused?) I wrote in point form notes about where I want to develop and it was all pretty reasonable things. In first box it was to improve my speed bar while mainting quality and customer connections and then my action plan. Second box was get better at CS + practice delegating tasks and then my action plan to achieve that. Third box was be a better role model to my partners and again my action plan. I filled out the conversation notes before my shift today to discuss with him my progress since our last meeting. My manager told me I am jumping the gun and that everything I wrote is too much to develop on at once, he stated I misunderstood the assignment and that instead he wanted me to observe and coach. I stated I thought the PDP was about my personal development and he said no its about how I see a coaching opportunity and how I coached. He wanted me to write observations and how I dealt with that. To literally go buy a journal and write the times and observations. This isn't word for word but it was essentially along those lines. I was also told to bring the SSV approach papers by other SSV'S because they are all pushing me to be a SSV but again he told me I was jumping the gun so that was kind of awkward because I just took my ssv's advice. I even looked up how to do the PDP on reddit and asked my friend who is an ASM who said there is no wrong way to do it. My Manger is an outside hire who started a little before I did and there is a bit of a language barrier, I may of misunderstood what he meant. I need advice because I need someone to explain where I went wrong with my PDP approach and what my manager expects from me instead. Sorry for my long post!
